While we aim for maximum uptime, Picture to Text is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Users may experience temporary service interruptions due to:

We do not guarantee 100% continuous availability and are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
3. Continuous Improvement and Maintenance
Our development team actively optimizes the text extraction engine. During deployment phases, the service may undergo brief offline periods. The accuracy of the OCR output is heavily dependent on the quality of the source image provided. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploads are clear, well-lit, and legible. Picture to Text does not guarantee the precision of extracted text and is not responsible for errors resulting from low-resolution or obscured source files.
5. Data Privacy and Security
We prioritize the security of your content. All image processing is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We ensure that uploaded data is processed in-memory and that no residual files are permanently retained on our servers after the session is complete.
6. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, including the processing of sensitive personal identification documents or copyrighted material without authorization.
